Some challenges development of agro-based integration of the cluster approach

Abstract

The problems of the development of agricultural integration in AIC. The analysis of the development of the agro-industrial associations and regional clusters in 17 regions of the Central Federal District over the period 2000—2012 year. On the basis of the analysis shows the main directions of development of agro-industrial integration and ways to solve its problems on the basis of the cluster approach. If we develop the traditional agricultural methods, the citizens of Russia to meet in good nutrition needed for decades. Conclusive evidence of the need to develop agriculture in the major agro-industrial associations of the cluster type is the practice itself. In the last decade, using advanced foreign experience in this area, territorial clusters in Russia, including in the Central Federal District (CFD), are intensively developing. For the creation and development of agro-industrial cluster requires a close long-term economic relations companies in one region with innovative advancements in crop production, livestock and agro-processing. Holding should have a high level of production, skilled workforce, advanced infrastructure, developed on the basis of traditional crafts, etc.
