According to the results, there are found that the living conditions, created in the experimental group with a recirculation of water at the rate of 48 times a day, had the best positive impact on the welfare of the medicinal leech.</abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Целью данного исследования было оценить распределение медицинской пиявки, Hirudo medicinalis, в объеме емкости и по типу движения, в рециркуляционной системе и найти оптимальную частоту обмена воды в этой системе.
