By using of retroviral vector system it was shown that the efficiency genetic transformation of chicken embryonic gonads can be of up to 3.2%.</abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>В работе изучена результативность использования ретровирусных векторов для генетической трансформации клеток примордиальных зародышевых клеток кур in vitro и in vivo с целью получения трансгенных кур.
