By using of retroviral vector system it was shown that with the efficiency of chickens oviduct cells transformation was at least 17,2 ± 3,1%.</abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>В работе изучена результативность использования ретровирусных векторов для генетической трансформации клеток яйцевода кур in vivo с целью получения трансгенных кур-биореакторов и исследованы факторы, влияющие на эффективность локального трансгенеза яйцевода кур.
