Recently, there has been increased interest in this genus because of its potential use in reforestation. Tissue culture methods provide the potential for rapidly multiplying valuable genotypes for reforestation and will help in the race to increase forest productivity. The main objective of this work was, therefore, to develop a rapid and efficient regeneration system for Paulownia Shan Tong.</abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Проведено исследование регенерационной способности различных типов эксплантов (сегменты листьев, черешков, междоузлий и узлов), а также проведена оценка влияния разных концентраций (от 1 до 10 г/мл) различных регуляторов роста растений (ТДЗ, БАП, ИУК) на частоту регенерации павловнии Paulownia Shan Tong. Показано, что узловые экспланты обладают более сильной регенерационной способностью по сравнению с другими типами эксплантов, а ТДЗ наиболее эффективно индуцирует побегообразование, чем БАП. Добавление к цитокининам низких концентраций ауксина способствует лучшему развитию побегов. Оптимальное соотношение ауксин/цитокинин в среде для регенерации - 1/ 10. При таком соотношении наблюдается наибольшая частота образования адвентивных побегов.
