System approach to estimation of soils
Abstract
Authors offer the system approach to an estimation of the soils with consideration at different hierarchical level value of soils, fields, farms depending on the purposes of their use and level of intensification of manufacture. Value of the soils is estimated on their bioproductivity, the income on 1 rouble of expenses, expenses for achievement of models of fertility of soils, an optimal condition of fields. The expediency of calculation of value of the soils taking into account weight of influence of the factors defining the price and degrees of their optimality for given soil-climatic and economic conditions is shown.

Formation of water-salt regime of soils under long-term irrigation of municipal wastewater in Egypt
Abstract
The water and salt regimes of alluvial soils of lacustrine origin, and gray-brown desert soil, located in the northern part of Egypt. We consider the soil moisture regime and its formation during irrigation wastewater. Established irrigation norm for the cultivation of maize for green fodder. The processes of salinization of alluvial soils and gray-brown desert soil proved that long-term wastewater irrigation enhances the processes of colonization and saline soils when irrigated with river and groundwater into being the medium of saline.

Cultivation of saprophytic fungus Trichoderma and biosynthesis of L-lysine-α-oxidase
Abstract
Studies on the growth of the fungus Trichoderma and biosynthesis of L-lysine-α-oxidase enzyme were carried out with surface and deep methods of cultivation. Factors which control the activity of Trichoderma's metabolite L-lysine-α-oxidase were determined: relationship between enzyme's biosynthesis and the fungus sporulation; number of inoculum, aeration; initial pH value of fermentation medium; number of sources of carbon and nitrogen, degree of their assimilation. The possibility of secondary use of substrate for production of enzyme in vitro was indicated.

Etiological factor, clinical and morphological manifestation of chlamydiosis in pig farms
Abstract
We studied etiological factors and clinical-morphological expression of chlamydia in pig farms. The disease was observed in the farms, regardless of the season, but more often in winter-spring period. Upon initial appearance of the disease in farms with single sows gestating in recent weeks registered abortions. In pigs-sosunov chlamydia proceeded against the defeat of the respiratory, digestive organs.

The growth of muscles in rams of the romanovsky breed and mixed breed of the Romanovsky and the Romny-March
Abstract
A study of the growth of tissues and anatomical groups of muscules was carried out in comparison of 3-, 7- and 9-month aged rams of the romanovsky breed and mixed breed of the romanovsky and the romny-march breeds. It was established, that absolute weight of 9-month the romanovsky breed rams is less than their peers of mixed breed on 5,2%, the carcass weight - on 4,80%, the muscle weight - on 10,41%. The influence of mixing on level of muscles wasn't detected. In post natal development of the muscles functional requirements have relatively bigger influence, than little difference in heredity (breed). The muscle growth strictly goes by genetic sequence in dependence of functional needs.
