Increase in the maintnance of a humus in soil subtropics and expenses of antropogenous energy
Abstract
Results of calculations of expenses for reproduction of yellow ferrsialit Republic Abkhazia soils are resulted. The necessary quantity of organic substance and an expense of anthropogenous energy for increase in the maintenance of a humus in sredne-loamy yellow ferrsialit soils is calculated. Influence of various basic processings of soil on humus distribution on a soil profile is revealed and the optimal are defined for processing downslope soils under a bookmark of citron plantations.

Change of a phosphatic condition of soils at application of high doses of organic fertilizers
Abstract
It was established, that entering of high doses of manures into various types of soils leads to increase of maintenance and mobility of phosphates in soils. The effect of influence of high doses of manures on mobility of phosphates in soils is defined by their dose, selective ability of functional groups PPK and fertilizers to phosphates, iron, aluminum, calcium. Mobility of contributable phosphoric fertilizers is defined by sequence of entering of manures and fertilizers.

Feasibility of biofuel production in India (socio-economic and agronomic aspects)
Abstract
On bases of an analytical review of problems related to the production of biofuel the most feasible ways of further development of this business has been outlined. Socio-economic and agronomic aspects of the biofuel production have been analysed. Alternative cultivars were grouped according to their suitability for production of bioethanol, biodiesel, or biogas. Engagement of the local population in green biomass production and processing it for biofuel may help India to solve its food, energy, environment and social problems.

Effect of autumn and winter water-charging irrigation on water status of almond
Abstract
The water status of almond was monitored during the vegetational season and autumn-winter period. The effect of autumn-winter water-charging irrigation on the development of almond and its productivity was studied. The highest level of productivity has been received at use of three vegetative and two water-charging irrigation in November and December.

New valuable plant species in phytoremediation of copper polluted lands
Abstract
The data obtained during screening among several plant species from three different families are present here. It was shown that in seedling stage all of three species (common ice plant, rape and vica) were characterized as relatively high tolerant plants when incubated under excess copper. All of investigated species could be recommended as highly effective phytoremediators for territories with medium to high level of toxic metals.

Physiological role of brassinolide in the light development of Arabidopsis thaliana seedling
Abstract
The regulatory role of more active brassinosteroids - brassinolide in seedling development in darkness was studied. The growth parameters and photosynthetic pigment content of Arabidopsis thaliana seedlings under differ light conditions were investigated. The plant model to study regulatory role of selective light and brassinosteroids are Arabidopsis thaliana. A. thaliana ecotype Columbia (Col) and det2 mutant with disturbed synthesis of brassinolide were used. The plant grow parameters depending on the brassinolide concentration. Physiological activity of green light also blue light in the regulation of Arabidopsis seedling development was noted. The interaction between plant development program - skoto- or photomorphogenesis and endogenous level of brassinosteroids has been shown.

Effects of low temperature on the transgenic rapeseed plants (Brassica napus L.) with transgene of trans-factor OsMyb4 from rice
Abstract
The effects of cold stress on contents of proline, malondialdehyde (MDA), soluble sugars, enzyme activity of Superoxide Dismutase (SOD) and peroxidase investigated in transgenic rapeseed plants (Brassica napus L.) which contain gene OsMyb4 and non-transgenic plants. Under the cold stress sugar content in transgenic plants was significantly lower than in non-transformed, however the proline content was higher. MDA content was increased in non-transgenic plants and was decreased in the transgenic. That the change in the activity of the SOD enzyme in the both lines of the plants was similar, and peroxidase activity for 2 days under cold stress in non-transgenic plants increased, remaining constant at the transgenic, but in 5 days decreased in both lines of plants. After the return of plants to +24 °C, all parameters in all plant lines returned to normal. According to the results of experiments suggests that the kind of protein content for expressing transgenic plants OSMYB4 affects the other genes, low and high expression.

Method of diagnostic of craniovertebral pathology in miniature dog breeds
Abstract
The work presents clarification of some pathological changes and development of diagnostic techniques for craniovertebral anomalies, as well as creation of an algorithm for identification of physiological norm and pathology of craniovertebral area in miniature dog breeds. As a result an algorithm for evaluation of the extent of pathology in craniovertebral area based on cranio- and encephalometric method was developed. Indices of relevant values are provided, which allows unifying data from radiography and tomography, and carrying out precise diagnostics in spite of substantial differences in anatomical structure of cranium in different dog breeds.
