Abstract

In the article it is presented developed by authors serial algorithm for preparation of basic documents for damages assessment, caused by out-of-time and out-of-volume water transportation for agricultural farming irrigation. Suggestions have been formulated about repayment for business entity in Crimea Republic. Step-by-step procedure is defined for announcement of emergency situation.
