Effect of concentration of growth regulators in the culture receptacle broccoli ( Brassica oleracea var. italica)
Abstract
The results of the cultivation of different explants of broccoli in vitro in the presence of different growth regulators. The influence of the concentration of growth regulators on the morphogenesis of broccoli transplants. The optimal age and type of bud explants. Fully described the whole process of obtaining plants regenerated in vitro, including their adaptation to the open ground. A number of new technological solutions in the method of micropropagation of this culture.

Micro-organisms causing plant quarantine bacterial diseases in Russia
Abstract
The Russian List of pests, plant pathogens and weeds includes six agents of plant bacterial diseases. These micro-organisms can cause significant harm to plants and agricultural products. The particularities of the manifestation of animal brucellosis in African countries
Abstract
The paper presents an analysis of manifestations of brucellosis and its influence on the development of livestock and the economy in the African continent, aggravated the imbalance anti-epizootic measures and diagnostic tests, limited economic opportunities and organizational characteristics and economic activity in animal husbandry. Economic costs of brucellosis, abortion, stillbirth, birth of nonviable offspring, reduced milk production and the use of animals in the labor force. Along with the significant economic damage and social disease is a threat.

To increase hatchability of poultry
Abstract
The paper devoted to the study of how to increase hatchability of poultry presented development incubator for the withdrawal of young poultry. Presented a detailed description of known equipment, and upgraded its fragments. The proposed device has the following advantages: a more careful treatment of hatching eggs, with the exception of damage hatching eggs, adherence to the incubation of eggs, ensuring a high hatchability of eggs in poultry.

The morphological structure of carcasses of cross broilers «Smena-7»
Abstract
Broiler chickens of cross the «Smena-7» have a high rate of growth. The average daily live weight gain per 42-day period was 51.15 g. The relative weight of carcass muscles increases to 33 days of life, and then gradually decreases.
