Modern condition of tomatoes production in EU

Abstract

The world production of tomato is about 1590 million tons. This article gives overview of tomato production in the European Union. Due to its chemical properties, tomato is one of the most popular cultures in these countries. But the mains producers are Italy and Spain. Tomato is grown for processing and fresh consumption in these countries. The article analyzes the current state of production of tomatoes, identifies key factors that have a direct impact on its production. The position of the countries on the world market is also studied. Their experience can be used in The Russian Federation.

Some challenges development of agro-based integration of the cluster approach

Abstract

The problems of the development of agricultural integration in AIC. The analysis of the development of the agro-industrial associations and regional clusters in 17 regions of the Central Federal District over the period 2000—2012 year. On the basis of the analysis shows the main directions of development of agro-industrial integration and ways to solve its problems on the basis of the cluster approach. If we develop the traditional agricultural methods, the citizens of Russia to meet in good nutrition needed for decades. Conclusive evidence of the need to develop agriculture in the major agro-industrial associations of the cluster type is the practice itself. In the last decade, using advanced foreign experience in this area, territorial clusters in Russia, including in the Central Federal District (CFD), are intensively developing. For the creation and development of agro-industrial cluster requires a close long-term economic relations companies in one region with innovative advancements in crop production, livestock and agro-processing. Holding should have a high level of production, skilled workforce, advanced infrastructure, developed on the basis of traditional crafts, etc.

Morphological changes in peripheral nervous system of sheep in nitrate intoxication

Abstract

The results of the experimental nitrate intoxication of sheep. A considerable destructive changes in all components of the solar plexus, spinal nodes, liver and celiac plexus nerve. Changes are characterized by reduction in the number of neurons in their cytoplasm marked reduction of the rough endoplasmic reticulum cisterns and policy, there is accumulation of residual bodies and lipofuscin. In neuroglial cells are formed vacuoles of various sizes, the number of cytoplasmic processes.

Karyotypes of sheltie and poodle breeds population of the city of Moscow are given. Describes the data on chromosomal abnormalities that occur in dogs. There are cases of chimerism and mosaicism for sex chromosomes. It is shown that in the case of chimerism on the sex chromosomes of male, reproductive function was normal.

Agriculture and agrarian education in Ecuador

Abstract

The article is dedicated to the questions of cooperation between Russia and Ecuador in the areas of agriculture and agrarian education. The perspectives of cooperation are deeply connected with trade-economic relations. Economics of Ecuador is characterized by positive dynamics. In world list of competitiveness Ecuador is on 71-st place between 148 countries. GDP in 2012 is 84,5 billion USD. The main subjects of bilateral trade between Russia and Ecuador are bananas and cut flowers, some of Russian importers have their own banana plantations in Ecuador. Import from Russia consists of iron, steel, electric medical equipment, parts for cars, paper, fertilizers. Russian People’s Friendship University (RUDN) is unique to have lots of connections with graduates in Ecuador, that will foster cooperation in agriculture and agrarian education. Totally RUDN educated over 5000 specialists for 29 Latin American countries, 550 — for Ecuador. In 2012 during the visit of RUDN’s delegation the Working Program between RUDN and Agrarian University of Ecuador for years 2013-2018 was developed. Nowadays the bachelo’sr and specialist’s educational programs are developed at agrarian universities, faculties of technical and political universities. Nevertheless the post-diploma programs are not enough, but according to new law on education universities of Ecuador have to enlarge number of professors who have Maer and PhD level. Actual educational reform in both countries give challenge to find new mutual projects to improve competitiveness on global markets.
